We are residing in a rental apartment in Minneapolis MN at the moment; My friend and I are really thinking about building our own dreamhouse, however that is something that my buddy and I are still in discussions about. I assume my buddy and I could entirely spend money for half of our dream apartment with all of the money that my buddy and I have thrown away on heating & cooling bills while my buddy and I have been residing in this house… Anyway, the boiler broke down again earlier this week & the weather is cold at this point. It’s not going to be getting any warmer anytime soon, that’s for sure. I assume that the dwelling owners need to have a new boiler system installed, however that’s going to be nearly impossible to get them to do… They will entirely try to get the boiler repaired yet again, however that means my buddy and I will still be paying a fortune in our heating bills.

I have been laboring as an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman in Lowell, MA for about 25 years now; It’s the first task that I got after I finished up with private school, but well, I suppose I should easily say that it’s the first task that I got after I got done with my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C certification courses at the local technical school.

I have to say that I am really delighted that I did, because I have been there ever since! Here in Lowell, MA, a lot of things change however a lot of things stay the same! For example, I have been laboring with the local community for about 25 years now and I know just about most people who lives here… Periodically newer folks come in and out, however mostly it just stays the same.
