Living in St.
Petersburg, Florida is amazing! I love that I don’t need to worry about ice, snow or below cold uneven temperatures, when I lived up north it seemed like I was constantly worrying about heating.
I also was focusing a lot of time and energy on snow removal. In St. Petersburg it is all about cooling. I have looked around and found the best kind of a/c for living in Florida. I have found that a high velocity a/c works best; This does use air duct but it is half the size. It also isn’t like the traditional metal ducts that are rigid and hard on older homes. With high velocity, the stretchy ducts can fit into the slats of an older apartment without any complications. The air duct serves as a sleek channel for air conditioner to whip through. It gets its name for how quickly the air moves and how effective it is. The temperature in the house can entirely decrease within a few minutes of work, easy upgrade, sleek design, and current features are other benefits to high velocity cooling equipment. I am so blissful that I updated to this… Having a well working a/c in St. Petersburg is a must have. I rely on my a/c a vast majority of the year. There are some afternoons in the 50s that my exhausting heating system gets a opportunity to play, however more often than not, I just turn off the AC, open the windows and let the natural breeze do its job. I love that I don’t have to deal with the cold anymore.
