Very few of weeks ago, my HVAC Contracting Company picked up a huge job.
I estimate on the upgrade job at the high school, but all of the Tampa Bay section high schools are getting 2 new portable classrooms… The portable classrooms need to be set up with heating and a/c, however heating might not seem love an pressing thing in Tampa, however the a/c is of serious importance, then when my corporation gained the job, I was beyond ecstatic, and getting a foot in the door at the school is a huge boost for business, but unfortunately, things didn’t look actually wonderful when the ductless mini-chop HVAC units were over a month late.
I was supposed to start upgrade on September 9th, although I gained a iPhone call from the distributor on the 7th. The items were delayed by a month due to a concern at the manufacturer. I absolutely thought the school board might award that job to someone else, however they didn’t seem actually bothered by the a single month delay. In fact, they made it seem love delays happen all of the time. I finished the job a couple of afternoons after all of the new unit arrived. The upgrades were completed without a single problem. After I was finished, the school board cut myself and others a check. They called myself and others numerous weeks later to discuss another contracting job. I knew that job was going to help the commercial corporation and I was really right. I’ve already handled more than seven additional jobs at the school including new ductwork repairs and new radiator upgrade jobs at both of the Tampa Bay Elementary Schools.
