On Sunday evening at the restaurant, it wasn’t honestly busy, but my friend and I had one executive chef plus one sous chef in the kitchen, two wait staff personnel, plus a kitchen that was only half full, but i decided to let both of the waiters go property at 10:00, even though they were busy to work until midnight! The restaurant closes at 11:00 plus we weren’t honestly busy.
The two men had plenty of time to get all of their assignments done before leaving early at 10:00, around 10:15, a bus with hungry university students arrived.
They were on their way property from a game plus decided to stop anywhere to get food, suddenly we had eight tables of kids plus they were all hungry. I carefully took all of the orders, one at a time. I gave all of the orders to the kitchen staff. They were frustrated by the timing of our guests, but I reminded the men that we don’t close until eleven. The AC problems started shortly after all of the guests arrived. It started getting warmer plus warmer inside of the building. At first I attributed the heat to all of the guests. I realized there was a problem when I was resting under an air duct plus warm air was coming out instead of cold air. I called the emergency repair corporation nearby in Orland park.
