I grew up in Cocoa, Florida. Cocoa, Florida is a small city in the Melbourne metropolitan weren’t metropolitan area. Cocoa is a small place with a big reputation. We easily have one of the nicest beaches in the whole country. There are signs for Cocoa Beach as far up the state as Jacksonville. The average summer temperatures are around 100 degrees. It can be very difficult to stay cool and comfortable during summer months. I had a central AC system that did not work very well. Last July I decided to call an HVAC company in Cocoa Beach to replace the air conditioner. I called a couple of different HVAC providers. I got estimates from three different Cocoa HVAC providers. Each one of the estimates were similar in price. No one tried to overcharge me for the installation work. After I picked the right HVAC contractor for the job, I set up an appointment to have the new equipment installed. Florida has some extremely impressive heat and humidity, but I no longer have to worry about the elements. Now that I have a brand new air conditioner, I rarely worry about the summer temperatures. The AC unit works much better than the old machine. It doesn’t cycle on and off as frequently and the house seems to stay colder for much longer now. Even the monthly bills are lower than they have been in years.
