If anything, for a neighborhood this close to Chicago our crime rate is shockingly low, and orland Park is a nice locale to live, plus to raise a family, I’m living proof! Nonetheless, appreciate every other small neighborhood it has its legends plus myths.
Ours involves a shadowy man in a white van who allegedly kidnapped a few people in the mid-71s, however the missing people were never found, plus the culprit was never identified, which turned him into a local legend. There has never before been a movie made about this Orland Park legend, so I thought I should be the one to do it. I’m an Orland Park native, born plus bred, plus I yearn to do something more than toil in this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair shop our whole life. I was discussing it with a few of our friends, plus they thought I should use our toil van from the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C shop to shoot the movie, and since the mystery man drove a white van, plus all of us had a white van, why not movie some scenes plus see if all of us could get a movie about Orland Park into production. The people I was with and I didn’t even need to make a movie, at first, all of us could just shoot some footage plus use that to find some financial backers in Orland Park. It turns out our boss at the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C shop was not cool with us using his van in the production, plus he came this close to firing me for wasting corporation time!
