I wasn’t sure how I would know about traveling always for work when our boss asked myself and others if I wanted the new position at his supplier.
Although I wasn’t going to be away from new home always, he told myself and others to be prepared for up to more than two trips some weeks when I need to meet with regional supervisors in several zones throughout the country. I had consistently wanted to travel, but under less confining circumstances. Thankfully the experience has been better than I initially feared. I love having a few minutes to explore the cities that I visit on our company trips, especially since this is our first time seeing 90% of the cities I’m flying to this year for work. Unfortunately, I started to lose focus on our new home repair, i wasn’t mowing our shrubbery or cleaning off our rooftop; To get rid of any need for outdoor repair, I decided to sell our new home in Ybor City plus transport to a condominium in St. Petersburg. I’m near Tampa Bay plus have a beautiful view of the water from our residing room window. My beach house in St. Petersburg has a heat pump inside as well, which is a lot more efficient than our old electric furnace. The electric furnace was nothing more than a heating coil inside of our air handler for our central air conditioning. Because it’s a fan-forced heater, the heat dispersion is harshly inefficient. If you’re going to use a fan-forced furnace, ideally you should have a separate ventilation method for it plus those vents should be in the floor instead of the ceiling. Heat rises, so you don’t want to attempt to heat your beach house by pushing it out of vents in the ceiling.
