The atmosphere is quite calm and it doesn’t feel like a city, which I appreciate immensely
I care about taking my family on a trip to Lakeland, FL, then basically any time of year I want to visit Lakeland is perfect, then the fall weather is honestly my number one though. There aren’t any changing leaves or pumpkins blooming or anything like that. The weather is just perfect though; It is a nice 72 degree temperature, occasionally higher. There is a pleasant breeze and tourists have gone away for the season, then my family rents an airbnb and just enjoys the numerous lakes. The sights are spectacular and there are hikes my good friend and I can complete if my good friend and I want to. I honestly appreciate making the trek out once a year. It is especially nice since Lakeland isn’t too far from our southern home. My friend and I can make a drive in one afternoon and appreciate a whole week separate from a problem. My kids and I hike, swim, and sit out in the sunshine. I request to everyone I see that Lakeland, FL is the site to be, but another aspect that I like about Lakeland is that everyone is super friendly and nice. The atmosphere is quite calm and it doesn’t feel like a city, which I appreciate immensely. I have even thought of moving to Lakeland because I like it so much! For now I just appreciate our big, once a year trip that my good friend and I take as a family. My friend and I get some pretty pictures and my kids appreciate going somewhere on their fall break; Lakeland, FL isn’t one of the most well known spots but it sure is one of the prettiest in my opinion.
