My husband & I settled on doing a trip within the continental United States, my friend and I didn’t want to renew our passports, go through customs & do an pricey overseas trip, however staying inside the US is just so much cheaper & easier, you get a guarantee that almost everyone speaks English, that your debit card works, & that you have reliable wireless internet, however that isn’t the same in another country, however i picked for us to go to Phoenix, Arizona. I wanted something that had a great city & great national parks for us to visit; Phoenix is in a location that is near to a lot of strange states. You can absolutely drive & be in another state to visit their natural park. For a few afternoons my friend and I stayed in the city. Phoenix is known for its golf courses & my husband hit a few balls. I went to get a massage & a facial. My friend and I stayed in a swanky hotel & also did some shopping… After that my friend and I got in our rental automobile & would drive in a direction. My friend and I hit all sorts of national parks near us. Mesa Verde & Death Valley are close enough that the drive wasn’t too bad. My friend and I saw both of them & I couldn’t propose it more. Also, the weather in Arizona is just gorgeous. You get intense heat, but nothing too bad. My friend and I legitimately went while in the Springtime season so it felt kind of like summer time to us. It wasn’t this humid like heat either. I didn’t get drenched with sweat hiking. Instead I felt toasty sizzling & got a nice tan. That’s the way to do it.
