We are living in a rental home in Minneapolis MN at the moment, however my buddy and I are entirely thinking about building our own dreamhouse, however that is something that my buddy and I are still in discussions about.
My fiance plus I have been talking about it for a long time plus right now my buddy and I just decided to rent for a while until my buddy and I can figure out what my buddy and I want to do, but i entirely do do not like renting because I feel like it is throwing cash away, however I do not know what else to do at this point.
My fiance entirely hates living here in this house in Minneapolis MN too. She hates this rental house, plus earlier this week, she started to do not like it even more! The furnace in this rental home is just terrible. My buddy and I have to pay for the heating plus cooling bills ourselves since it is not included in our rent. My buddy and I do not like the fact that the heating system in this house is so seasoned plus inefficient. I suppose my buddy and I could genuinely pay for half of our dream house with all of the cash that my buddy and I have thrown away on heating plus cooling bills while my buddy and I have been living in this house… Anyway, the heating system broke down again earlier this week plus the weather is frigid at this point. It’s not going to be getting any warmer anytime soon, that’s for sure. I suppose that the building owners need to have a modern furnace system installed, however that’s going to be nearly impossible to get them to do… They will genuinely try to get the furnace repaired yet again, however that means my buddy and I will still be paying a fortune in our heating bills.
