On Tuesday evening at the diner, it wasn’t very busy, my wonderful friend and I had one executive chef as well as one sous chef in the study room, two wait staff personnel, as well as a dining room that was only half full, then i decided to let both of the hostesses go property at 10:00, even though they were stressed to work until midnight, the diner closes at 11:00 as well as my associate and I weren’t very busy.
