I was working down at the beach when my wife called me on the phone. She sounded hysterical and upset. I immediately wanted to know what was wrong. The young man helped diagnose and find the problem in less than an hour. He recommended that we have a full service tune up on that heat pump while he was there. After the heat pump problem was repaired properly, the young man performed a full service tune up and thoroughly investigated the rest of the machine and all of the electrical and mechanical components.
