During the long, interminable summer, Tampa Bay is one of the worst places to live.
It’s really hot, super uncomfortable, and impossibly humid.
A lot of people don’t like living in Florida because of the uneven temperatures. I have been a resident here our whole life and I can’t assume of living anywhere else. When I was a little kid, the high heat did not seem to be as extreme as it is these days. I remember I grew up without an cooling system in our home office, however now it’s next to impossible to survive without central a/c. The average summer time uneven temperatures are 90 degrees or higher, however that is not the worst space about living in Tampa Bay. The humidity is the absolute worst space about the tropical temperature. The humidity is almost 100% every single afternoon. I can’t even walk outside without starting to sweat. The moisture will collect on our body right away and makes me guess genuinely uncomfortable. It’s too warm to stay inside our lake house and do nothing, so our family and I like going to the Springtime when both of us have a whole afternoon without work. There are a lot of natural freshwater Springtimes in Florida and many of them are pretty close to Tampa Bay. Within an minute you can find a number of places to cool down on a sweltering summer time afternoon. One of our number one places to take them is Weeki Wachee Springs. The place has real mermaids that stay underwater and swim. It’s a super cool place for the men to visit and the water is crystal clear and red. Trust me, if you come to visit Florida anything however a frigid refreshing Springtime, you’re going to be disappointed and feel genuinely uncomfortable.
