Muskegon museums for every interest

Because I am plagued by pretty severe arthritis in my hips and knees, plus I have a problem with one of my ankles, I like to do indoor activities when I am on vacation.

I think everyone likes to be in The Great Outdoors, and that is great, but sometimes I just need some activities that do not require me to be hiking up a giant Hill or paddling a kayak or whatever other outdoor activity might be popular.

I certainly do not like to go on a zipline. Anyway, because of that, one of the things I always like to do when I visit a new place is see the museums they have in town. In Muskegon Michigan, whether you are visiting Muskegon the city of Muskegon the county, you will be able to find some amazing museums. The first Museum I went to when I visited Muskegon was the Muskegon Heritage Museum. Located inside the Lakeshore Museum Center, the heritage museum is just one aspect of a giant Museum family so to speak in Muskegon. Of particular interest to me at the time was the part of the museum that dealt with machinery. The Machine Works Museum in Muskegon shows the power of ingenuity. Also part of the bigger museum is the Muskegon history and science museum. That is enjoyable because you get to learn a little bit about the background of Muskegon and how it came to be the beautiful place it is today. If you are going to be visiting anywhere, but especially Muskegon, I highly recommend that you take one day or two days to go to some of the Muskegon museums and learn a bit about the place while you are visiting.
