The state of Michigan passed a law to allow medical marijuana, then several dispensaries started opening up in the major cities, and a few years later, the state decided to legalize recreational in addition to medical marijuana.
A lot of things changed when both medical in addition to recreational marijuana were legalized, but delivery services became available!
